£25,000 - £45,000 (Realistic OTE) per annum
Face to face fundraising is a fantastic career choice for anyone who loves meeting new people, is open to new ways of learning and wants to make a difference in their work!
The objective of a face to face fundraiser is to sign up long term, committed monthly donors or sign people up to lottery campaigns for as little as one pound a week.
Our professional charity fundraisers represent our clients who are some of the UKs best loved charities. Our current charity partners are:
We have two key face to face fundraiser roles:
Private Site
Our private site fundraisers work at a variety of different venues, shows and events. These can be exciting national events like Crufts and The Royal Welsh Show, or we use regular venues like supermarkets, shopping malls and train stations.
Our venues team has formed great relationships with a huge array of locations around the country and we aim to place fundraisers in the best possible spots with the biggest footfall.
All uniform is provided as well as an electric tablet to sign up donors.
If you want your working life to have variety and pace, this is the job for you!
Home to Home
Our home to home fundraisers visit potential donors in their homes. Door to door fundraising takes place on pre-allocated areas by postcode, visiting specific streets and houses.
You’ll cover about 1 mile an hour and will be on your feet for your whole shift so we recommend comfortable shoes!
All other uniform is provided as well as an electric tablet to sign up donors.
This works well for people who prefer to work outside and prefer a quieter pace.
Fundraiser pay
Fundraisers are given a choice about which pay tier they want to go on when they start working for us. You can choose a lower basic rate with a higher discretionary bonus or a higher basic rate with a lower discretionary bonus.
A full time fundraiser doing 3 donors per day on Home to Home visits, or 4 donors per day on Private Sites can comfortably earn £45,000 per year.
For every donor you acquire, your income increases and you help a charity get one step closer to its goal.
Full time work involves a 5 day week, part timers do 3 or 4 full days a week. We even offer flexible working hours to fit around your schedule! You’ll be paid weekly and enjoy generous bonus and incentive schemes. Uniform, equipment and an electronic tablet are all included.
As well as our fair pay ethos, we offer an excellent benefits package
