Charity Link employee benefits

We want every one of our team to feel valued and appreciated

Which is why we have a large number of benefits to make life at Charity Link that bit easier…

Choose your hours

Full time work involves a 5 day week, part timers do 3 or 4 full days a week. We even offer flexible working hours to fit around your schedule! We aim to ensure you’re as close to home as possible to reduce travel, but if you are more than 20 miles away, we contribute to your petrol or public transport if you’re a non-driver.

Free healthcare plan

Healthcare is a top priority and we offer an excellent package to all Charity Link employees after their probation period.

If employees know someone that they think would be a good fit for the role of fundraiser, or for other jobs that come up in head office, they can earn up to £1000 for successful referrals!

Long service awards

We want our team to stay with us for a long time, because that’s what creates a solid and experienced team that grows together and performs the best. You’ll receive rewards with every milestone at 1, 3, 5, 10, 15 and 20 years service, with ever increasing benefits and additional perks. These include extra holiday, cash gift vouchers, increased healthcare benefits and more.
