You will be responsible for face to face booking of profitable venues within your area to maximise the opportunities for our field teams. This would be a fantastic opportunity for someone that loves working in a targeted based, busy environment! – Trust me when we say, “no day will be the same!”

Main Responsibilities

Responsible for managing your own venue booking plan in your area
Source, build and grow relationships within new and existing venue opportunities
Build relationships with internal teams, such as Area Managers and Team Managers
Follow Venue Governance for all Venue Bookings
Provide In-House team leads on new Venue opportunities which are managed In-house
Bringing new ideas to the table in what venues we should try whilst gaining trust from the field to share ideas
Continuous review of the effectiveness of venue bookings and proactively arrange for the re-booking of successful venues and continue to grow the relationship with the venue
Working with internal teams to bring new leads to the table even if they are not in your area
Fundraise across all charity campaigns when required
Ensure a consistently high standard of data input into CRM system
Responsible for all Venue data management adhering to Company policy and GDPR compliance
Skills and Experience Required:

Resilient
Team Player
Strong negotiation skills
Strong organisations skill
Ability to prioritise workloads
Previous experience in a field-based sales role
Using your own initiative to proactively source new venues
The ability to manage your own workload on a day to day basis
